ARVENTO Ride Intelligence
Expanded the ARVENTO Ride Intelligence system into a more complete cycling analysis and training platform.
Completed and refined several core tools, including:
1. GPX Route Power Analysis — upload a GPX route and analyze distance, elevation, gradient, estimated power, and pacing strategy.
2. Training Load Estimate — estimate cycling training load using ride duration, intensity, heart-rate zones, and Edwards TRIMP.
3. FTP & Power-to-Weight Estimate — estimate FTP, W/kg, and understand individual cycling power capability.
4. Power Zone Training — developed the interactive training concept for applying FTP and power zones to structured riding sessions.
The overall Ride Intelligence architecture now connects route analysis, rider capability, training load, and power-zone training into one integrated system.
DESIGN ARCHIVE — LB001
Added the new LB001 project to the ARVENTO DESIGN ARCHIVE.
Completed several Shopify presentation fixes across the store.

September · Week 2
1. ARVENTO Film — Washington, D.C.
The project continued ARVENTO’s approach to Cycling × Place × Storytelling, using Washington, D.C. not simply as a destination, but as part of the narrative and visual experience.
2. ARVENTO Power Zone Training
Reached a major development milestone for ARVENTO Power Zone Training.
The system evolved from a browser-based FTP training concept into a more complete training experience with structured power zones, ride summaries, activity persistence, rider setup, and preparation for both MANUAL and ERG AUTO control modes.
The interface and riding workflow were also refined based on real-device and rider testing.
3. Power Zone Training × Strava
Completed the first production-level ARVENTO Power Zone Training → Strava integration milestone.
Real Power Zone Training activity data can now move through ARVENTO’s Cloudflare infrastructure and be uploaded to Strava as a cycling activity.
This establishes an important technical foundation for connecting future ARVENTO ride experiences with external fitness platforms.
4. ARVENTO Space
Continued consolidating ARVENTO’s digital tools into ARVENTO Space, creating a clearer home for the growing collection of cycling, training, route, and rider-intelligence experiences.
The structure now increasingly connects tools such as Ride Intelligence, Power Zone Training, Virtual Ride, and Ride Better under one broader ARVENTO ecosystem rather than treating them as isolated utilities.
2026 · Week 38
September · Week 3
1. ARVENTO Power Zone Training
Completed a major production milestone for ARVENTO Power Zone Training, bringing together FTP-based power zones, ride tracking, activity summaries, rider identity, and Strava integration into a more complete training experience.
The system now provides a stronger foundation for ARVENTO’s transition from cycling analysis tools into an active Ride / Training platform.
2. ERG AUTO Training Architecture
Defined the development architecture for ARVENTO ERG AUTO, extending Power Zone Training toward automatic smart-trainer resistance control.
The development roadmap was structured into clear stages covering FTMS Target Power, ErgAutoController, ERG ride integration, UI states, and real-device validation.
This establishes the next step beyond manual power-zone training: allowing compatible smart trainers to automatically adjust resistance according to the workout.
3. ARVENTO Journey
Reached a major milestone for ARVENTO Journey.
Completed the Shopify Customer Account identity flow, OIDC / PKCE integration, Journey session architecture, React PWA mounting, and the removal of the previous legacy interface.

4. ARVENTO Life — Genoa, Italy
Started development of the next ARVENTO Life Italy story — Genoa.
The new concept combines cycling, maritime culture, ship design, Genoa’s historic streets, the Ligurian coast, and Boccadasse into a new city-based visual narrative.

Coming Soon — Genoa, Italy.
2026 · Week 39
September · Week 4
1. ARVENTO Film — Genoa, Italy
Completed the ARVENTO Genoa film, connecting the city’s maritime history, Christopher Columbus, modern ship design, music, cycling, and the Ligurian coastline into one visual story.
The film follows the idea of exploration across different eras — from navigation at sea to designing a vessel, riding through the city, and rediscovering Genoa through movement.
2. ARVENTO Life — Genoa
Completed the ARVENTO Life — Genoa city experience.
The new page connects Porto Antico, San Lorenzo, the Caruggi, Corso Italia, Boccadasse, maritime culture, cycling routes, local context, and the Genoa film into the ARVENTO Life structure.
This further develops ARVENTO Life as a platform where city culture, riding, travel information, and visual storytelling can exist within one experience.
3. ARVENTO Italy Expansion
Expanded the ARVENTO Italy content system with additional city and regional development.
New ARVENTO Life structures were completed for Milan and Toscana, covering cycling routes, local culture, rider information, events, seasonal context, and destination-specific storytelling.
This creates a stronger foundation for ARVENTO’s broader Italy content network.
